Les Comes is an ark of plant memory. A space where almost vanished varieties coexist with better-known fruit trees, creating a unique and precious biodiversity. Miquel, with patience and passion, has been recovering forgotten species, often saving shoots from trees that seemed lost. This work is carried out with special dedication at La Planella and El Tossal, the two lands that form the estate and embrace the project from the heart of Albatàrrec.

Wild fruit that ripens in late December.

Roughly the size of a ping-pong ball, with a velvety and dense texture.

Rosa Damascena

Wild flower that blooms in May.

Used in infusions for eye discomfort, it has antioxidant and diuretic properties, promotes relaxation and aids digestion. Its intense fragrance also makes it ideal for natural scented sachets.

Centuries-old olive trees, old vineyards, a living garden, and a selection of medicinal herbs also grow here, forming part of the popular wisdom passed down from generation to generation.

This entire agricultural mosaic nourishes its own cuisine, feeds Dit i Fet’s pantry, and keeps alive a way of understanding the world based on the balance between man and the land.
