One of the greatest strengths of Dit i Fet is its work in researching and recovering traditional Catalan recipes. Marta, drawing on the knowledge passed down from her mother Carme, has worked to preserve and reinterpret sweets and *cocs* that are part of the country's culinary heritage. Among the recovered recipes, the following stand out:

  • Pre-War Bites (*Bocinets d’abans de la guerra*)
A simple yet deeply historical preparation.
  • Midnight Mass Rolls (*Canutets de la Missa del Gall*)
    A traditional Christmas treat.
  • Tàrrega’s *Reganyats*
One of the region’s sweet gems.
  • Tàrrega’s Egg *Coca*
A long-lost recipe they have brought back using original ingredients. The traditional Tàrrega version also included almond, vanilla, and lemon.
  • Peach *Coca*
A classic egg *coca* with peach, traditionally made with two holes to hang it on a stick. In the past, the people of Tàrrega would carry the peach on one side and the *coca* on the other, eating them together during the Sant Eloi festival. Dit i Fet reimagined the recipe by integrating the peach directly into the *coca*.

This commitment to tradition makes Dit i Fet much more than a bakery: it is a space of living gastronomic memory.
